The House is a manufacturer of modular and prefabricated buildings for individuals and businesses. We produce modular and prefabricated residential buildings - modular houses, cottages up to 35m2 (without a building permit), summer houses, garages as well as facilities dedicated to hotel services and modern buildings for the needs of the service and trade market such as modular offices, pop-up stores, showrooms, retail outlets, restaurants, or event modules.

The House modular buildings are constructed in the form of ready-made modules in the factory hall and then transported to the target location, where they are assembled. The House prefabricated buildings are ready-made elements of buildings that are transported to the investment site, and then the construction is carried out quickly and cleanly on site. Fully equipped buildings are a high-quality product for permanent or temporary residence. They are characterized by excellent thermal parameters and low energy demand, which places them (depending on the thickness of the insulating core) in the categories of energy-efficient or passive buildings.

We manufacture prefabricated and modular buildings in the BRI standard (individual recreation building - year-round house upon notification, without a building permit), and in the residential standard (year-round house with design documentation)

Our buildings are manufactured in the form of ready-made modules in a modern company hall.

We deliver the modules prepared and secured for transport throughout Latvia and Europe through a specialist transport company. Loading is done using a crane, then we carry out transport to the destination. We unload them on previously prepared ground, where, depending on the model, they are then assembled and connected to the media.

Each transport is arranged individually depending on the selected building model and the possibility of a truck and crane approaching the destination.
